Oversight of laboratory operations and management including:

Recruitment and training, of competent laboratory personnel for all phases of testing.

Establish and maintain quality management program.

Direct oversight of all scientific functions and clinical testing.

Draft general and technical, CLIA compliant Standard operating Procedures and Policies.

End-to-end laboratory test buildout and launch.

Support Selection and on-boarding of laboratory information management system.

Assist with capital and Ancillary equipment purchasing and support with vendor relations.
