Assay Development & Optimization:
Review of laboratory needs and advise on key success factors to support desired testing and scale. Build and optimize efficient, cost effective and user-friendly workflows for both wet and dry lab operations. This includes optimizing sample collection, DNA extraction, instrument operation, data analysis and reporting.
Assay Validation:
Draft of CLIA compliant validation plan, source validation samples and execution of wet and dry lab validations. Compile comprehensive validation reports, supporting documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality control checklists.
Training:
We provide our distinctive three-tiered approach to training laboratory personnel, covering theoretical aspects of methodology along with practical experience in both wet and dry lab environments. Additionally, we conduct initial competency assessments for each assay developed, ensuring at least one lab personnel is present during validation.
